We take the time to personally know all the winegrowers we offer. Because for us, wine is above all human, going to the estate to meet them to discover how they work the vines and make the wines. These men, women and families who still work in the old fashioned way with the sweat of their brow, the strength of their arm, who plow on horseback (sorry for the vegans) and harvest by hand.
All the wines we offer are respectful of the environment and the soil. Organic, biodynamic, natural wines yes why not, but what matters to us is that they are good. Sulfite-free wines, yes we like, we even adore, but only if it's done well and we can send them to you without risk of ending up with deviations. If the winemaker has deemed it necessary to add a little sulphite, well yes, because it is not his micro-dosage that will give you a headache, but rather the number of bottles opened.
